I was blown away by the spacious One Bedroom Suite I had! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially looking out at the Tower Bridge from the 17th floor. Plus, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, it felt just like home, making my stay super convenient and cozy.

Absolutely loved the nearby culinary gems! You must check out Treves & Hyde for a delightful meal, and Pizza Union Aldgate had the best slices! the positives include a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking so easy and excellent views – truly a delight to wake up to.

They didn't provide toiletries and the tumble dryer didn’t seem to work right for me. Still, it didn’t dampen my mood as the overall stay was still enjoyable!

Waking up to stunning views of Tower Bridge and the Shard from our Studio Sky Level room was breathtaking! It felt like home with the full kitchen, allowing us to cook our meals and enjoy leisurely breakfasts. The location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll to iconic attractions and delightful local coffee shops.

super clean studio with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking. the view of tower bridge was incredible! the coffee shop had awesome options. staff were super friendly and helpful. the fitness center was a nice addition, keeping me active during my stay. loved the spacious feel and convenience!

Housekeeping only offered once a week felt insufficient for a longer stay, so plan accordingly. The TV had a habit of shutting off unexpectedly, and while the promised Nutribullet was absent, a high chair magically appeared despite initial communication about its unavailability. Cleaning staff caught me off guard at the window, which felt intrusive, and the microwave placement was tricky for shorter folks like myself. Lastly, lighting throughout the suite leaned towards dim, making it tough to navigate at times.

The kitchen was well equipped with fantastic utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom had high-quality fixtures, which added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The staff availability was a bit inconsistent during my visit.
